What this site is
How Much Korea is a reference for what things actually cost in South Korea. It is published information, nothing more. We are not a shop, a booking agent, a travel agency or a price-matching service, and we have no relationship with any restaurant, shop, driver or venue mentioned here.
Prices are observations, not offers
Every price on this site is a snapshot taken on a stated date, not a quotation. Nobody is obliged to sell you anything at a price you read here.
Prices in Korea move. Menus are reprinted, tariffs are revised, exchange rates drift, and the same dish costs different amounts two streets apart. We work hard to date every figure and to re-check them on a schedule, which is the point of the site, but we cannot promise that a number is correct at the moment you read it.
- Use our figures to judge whether a price is reasonable, not as a guarantee of what you will be charged.
- Always confirm the current price with the business before you buy.
- Where we mark a price as too high, that line is a stated multiple of an official average, published with the table. It is arithmetic you can check and disagree with, not a legal or official standard.
We are not liable for any difference between a price published here and a price you are actually charged.

Nothing here is financial, legal, tax, immigration, medical or investment advice. Content about living costs, pharmacy prices or similar topics is general information about typical prices only.
Using our content
